My dedicated section of this project was to target partnerships. Partnerships in the rehabilitation sector needed to be two things. Authentic and effective. Our clients were excellent networkers, but we had to make sure these partnerships were for patients first. Thus, we proposed creating an internal network to help patients along in their recovery journey. A mutual benefit to all parties.

This is an example of a simple search function for users. The Northstar app would find more use for patients even after their recovery. They could use it to find a certified list of resources that could help them stay on their feet.

This is an example of a partner’s profile. It would show the patient where to go and how to contact the party. An added benefit would be an easy contact feature that would send a prefilled email to the partner from the patient.
