This is an example of a User Journey Map. Our team put ourselves in the shoes of a patient looking to get treatment through Northstar behavioral health during our research process. I designed a User Journey Map to demonstrate the behaviors and feelings patients might be going through during the process.

Our team can unlock opportunity areas by predicting patient behavior to serve patients better and make sure their journey is both helpful and seamless.
